Students seeking admission in class XI Science (Boys & Girls) and Commerce (Girls) should apply on prescribed form obtainable from the school office on payment of Rs. 200 available at the school counter with prospectus.

Admission Rules
All candidates have to appear for an aptitude test followed by an interview conducted by the school.
- Science Stream : Grade ‘B1’ in Science, Maths & English.
- Commerce Stream : Grade ‘B2’ in Social Science, Maths & English.
Documents Required for Admission.
- Attested photocopy of the mark sheet from the Board.
- photocopy of passing & migration certificates from Board other than C.B.S.E.
- 2 passport size photographs of the student.
- Attested photocopy of the Certificate of School-Based Evaluation in respect of students admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE.
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Conduct and Character Certificate from the school last attended
Admission Procedure

Fill up a Registration form – Available from the School Office or Downloaded from www.kidsgardenjharia.in
- Return this form duly filled, to the Admission Department on or before the due date.
Selected candidates may complete all the admission formalities and deposit the fee at the School office within 7 days / given time failing which, he/she will have no claim for the admission later on. In case some of the selected candidates do not take admission, a second list will be brought out.
Admission will be valid only if the fee is paid in full by the due date along with the necessary documents and certificates as mentioned above and on completion of all formalities.

The Principal’s decision regarding selection of stream will be final.
Date of Admission test / interview shall be notified on the school notice board.
Attendance
- 75% attendance is compulsory according to CBSE norms.
Withdrawal
Students may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.
- Non – payment of school dues.
- Found involved in any severe act of indiscipline or immoral act.
Bus Accommodation
- Bus will pick up students from main road.
- Bus fees must be paid each month along with Tuition fees.
- Bus facility once availed, will not be allowed to withdraws under any circumstances for one session.
